Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit full papers only in PDF format of up to 8 pages in two-column, no less than 10pt font, IEEE conference proceedings format. The formatting instructions are available at:

Authors of accepted papers are required to register at regular registration rates in order for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings. At least one of the authors is also required to attend and present the paper. Only in special circumstances, permission may be obtained from the TPC chairs for substituting with a non-author speaker. Such permissions must be requested at least FOUR WEEKS before the first day of the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, then it will be deleted from the proceedings and will not be archived in the Springer digital library.
