[1] The final paper submission web site is now open, and corresponding authors should have received an e-mail message detailing the procedure of paper uploading. If you have not received such an e-mail message from the publication chairs, please contact the publication chairs immediately at:

[2] The deadline for submitting the final paper is August 1, 11:59 pm PDT.
[3] Regular papers are limited to 10 camera ready pages. Up to 4 extra pages  are allowed at a charge of $100/page.
[4] Poster papers are limited to 3 camera ready pages. Up to 1 extra page is allowed at a charge of $100/page.
[5] One author registration covers two papers, whether they are regular or poster papers.
